How I work

  • Contact me for an optional free 30-minute strategy session or simply fill out my Intake Form to get on my waitlist: HealingNutritionofSonoma@gmail.com

    • Once I receive your completed online Intake Form, I’ll add you to my waitlist for the next available consultation.

    • I find that Nutrition Genome results provide a helpful insight into personalized nutrition though this is not a requirement for working with me. If you would like to order Nutrition Genome to have the results available for our first meeting, please use my affiliate link.

    • If your budget allows, other useful tests to complete in advance of our first appointment are NutraEval and DUTCH, which I can arrange at a discounted cost. (See the Forms, Testing, and Supplement Discounts tab on my website for more information.)

    • I’ll inform you by email once we have a tentative date for our consultation (my waitlist is typically few months.)

  • We will commit to a partnership where I will lead you through changes in diet and lifestyle at a pace that considers your unique needs.

    • At least one week prior to our first meeting, please complete and submit a signed Terms of Agreement form; a Daily Journal with 3-5 days of food, symptom, and elimination patterns; a Lab Tracker for any lab results from the last six months; and a Supplement Dosing table that details your current drug and supplement schedule. See the Forms, Testing, and Supplement Discounts tab on my Resources page for more information and links.

    • During our first appointment (by video chat), we will spend about 2 hours going over your health history, concerns, and goals.

    • During our second appointment (by video chat), we will spend about 2 hours going over my initial recommendations. I will provide a written action plan along with as edits to your supplement dosing table and a completed Breast Cancer Pathways Worksheet if appropriate.

    • We will follow-up with 60-minute appointments with written action plans, frequency depending on your needs. Follow-up visits are an important part of the coaching process.
